How my life has changed since I met you. My name is Danielle. I have traveled a path filled with trauma, pain and confusion and a deep disconnection with myself. I have always been a people pleaser who believed I was less than and who constantly had to strive to win the approval and affection of others. There has always been a deeply intense sense of a void within myself which I have constantly tried to fill with things outside of my myself. I had the pleasure of meeting Derryn in December and it has honestly changed my life in ways I never knew possible. It set me on a new path of healing and self discovery for which I am eternally grateful. Derryn introduced me to breath work and meditation and has helped me to understand how to connect with myself spiritually, emotionally, mentally and physically.
